I’ve never really been good at “journaling” - can I still use the FITFO Journal?

YES! This resource was created as a tool that can be used daily, weekly, or as often as you need.

The focus is on gaining clarity, identifying actions aligned with where you want to go, and then making commitments from those actions. Some people use the journal daily to keep them on track; others use it when they’re feeling “stuck” or unmotivated or confused in a particular area of their life.

So…it’s just a journal? What’s so special about it?

Not just a journal, my friend. This journal provides you with prompts to gain clarity, as well as prompts to identify actions you could take…and allows you to make commitments aligned with those actions or desired outcomes.

PLUS...I've included a dozen of my favorite resources that I have used over the years, and that I have had dozens of clients use when they are feeling stuck, unmotivated, or unsure of their next move.

This journal is like a toe-dip into the world of coaching and working with me. It's not your typical gratitude journal or blank pages to fill with random thoughts. We're looking at specific areas of your life that you want to transform, and then taking aligned action.

I'm in therapy or have a coach of my own - why should I buy the FITFO Journal?

The FITFO Journal can be a great tool or resource to bring into therapy sessions. In fact, I had my own therapist read through it and give her feedback - and she LOVED IT!

The questions and prompts in the FITFO journal are meant to get you thinking about challenges in a new way. And you can explore these things with your therapist or counselor to help with the process.

Why does Training Camp start on a Saturday?!

Quite simply...if I told you it was starting on a Monday, you would probably use your busy schedule, lack of motivation, or overwhelm as a reason NOT to join.

If we start on a Saturday when you might have more time available, you are more likely to anchor into the practice and start using the tools provided in the Journal. And you'll be so hooked on me by Monday that you'll rearrange your calendar to make sure you get to see me again (wink, wink).
